Preciosas

“Precious” is the story of four women who meet each other while each serving their sentence in prison. Lorena is a 30-year-old girl who has been unjustly convicted for the murder of Juan Pablo, her co-worker. Frida, a 36-year-old woman, free, cheerful and with many lives, is under arrest for selling pirated items. Marta, a mature 60-year-old woman, was a housewife who for years was the victim of violence from her husband, who eventually ended up murdering with her own hands. And Lisette, 22, the youngest in the group, is a sensual and distongued thief who fell prey to robbing the house where her mother worked. Lisette organizes an escape for New Year's Eve, which transforms into a big stampede in which dozens of inmates escape. Lorena seeks to clear her name with the help of Alex, her defense attorney and with whom she will have an affair. He must face the powerful Márquez family - owners of the foundation where he works - and discover what really happened the night he fell prisoner. But Lorena will also have to recover her truncated love affair with Ismael, who in addition to being Juan Pablo's best friend and husband of the foundation's director, is the prosecutor in charge of catching her and the rest of the Precious Women. Now Lorena must fight for her freedom, for her honor and against the one who was once the love of her life.
